AMS Motility Max is a nutritional supplement for male fertility and normal spermatogenesis. Contains a number of ingredients such as: vitamins B6, B12, C, A, selenium and zinc, NAC, L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Mucuna pruriens, Quercentin, CoQ10.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and to maintaining normal blood testosterone levels. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Vitamins C, A and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress .

Coenzyme Q10 reduces oxidative stress in the sperm. NAC works synergistically with selenium against oxidative stress. Quercetin increases sperm motility and density. Carnitine is associated with increased sperm motility, vitality, and density. Mucuna pruriens improves sperm quality. Suggested dosage

Take 2 capsules daily. Preferably to be taken with meals.
